He is a former President of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland (MII), an accredited adjudicator with the Workplace Relations Commission (WRC), and a certified workplace mediator. With deep roots in both HR and industrial relations, Gerry has built a career on helping organisations navigate complex people challenges with clarity, fairness, and compassion. His areas of expertise include workplace and commercial alternative dispute resolution, dignity at work interventions, and learning and development strategy.

Clodagh’s main role is looking after the accounts, managing the office, scheduling training, managing the team’s calendars, and the associated administration required in the office. Clodagh started her career as a Florist and horticulturist but has found herself firmly planted in office management and accounts for the last twenty years.
