Dispute Resolution
Unresolved conflict in the workplace and in business can lead to disputes that cost money, affect performance, and damage relationships. Recent reports indicate that 25% of people at work experience conflict, and report stress, a drop in commitment, and under performance as being the key effects of workplace conflict. (CIPD Survey report 2015). In some cases unresolved conflict can lead to a lack of respect and develop into allegations of bullying and harassment leading to costly and damaging formal procedures. 10% of people who experience unresolved conflict at work leave their jobs, sometimes on foot of a costly litigation or tribunal claim.
