Welcome to Acrux Consulting.
I formed the company with my wife Clodagh in 2014 and we have continued to grow ever since.
Now we have a team of experienced investigators, adjudicators, and mediators for workplace and commercial dispute resolution; training mediators and facilitators as well as OD/Change Management Process Improvement experts.
We provide a complete range of solutions to assist organisations like yours with the challenges you may face in your workplace or organisation.

Clodagh Rooney

Clodagh Rooney has worked with Acrux Consulting Ltd from its inception and is one of Acrux’s founding directors. Clodagh’s main role is looking after the accounts, managing the office, scheduling training, managing the team’s calendars, and the associated administration required in the office.
Clodagh started her career as a Florist and horticulturist but has found herself firmly planted in office management and accounts for the last twenty years.
Carol Jarrett

Carol is an accredited mediator, conflict management coach, workplace investigator and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) specialist trainer. A practising ADR professional since 2016, Carol previously held senior-level positions in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, partnering effectively with leadership teams and Boards of Management in the industry on all aspects of human capital matters. Carol is an accredited mediator with CEDR, a practitioner member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland, and a trained Conflict Dynamics Profile and Cinergy Conflict Management coach.

Eithne is a Healthcare Consultant who has worked the public and voluntary healthcare services at all levels of management to Regional Director Level in the HSE.
Eithne joined the Acrux Consulting Investigation Team as a Senior Associate where she provides investigation services to our clients.
Mac Dolan

Mac’s experience over 25 years has been working with companies both domestic and international varying in size from small to medium sized enterprises. His commercial and financial experience is extensive. He has had exposure to and acted for clients in most facets of commercial life both at a practical day to day operational level to dealing with strategic planning and implementation issues for clients.
Olive Parker

Olive has 30 years’ experience in Investigation, loss adjustment and project management. She specialises in Workplace Investigations, internal reviews, and the project management of investigation assignments.
Olive provides support to our investigation services where she had conducted investigations relating to Sexual Harassment, Bullying, Harassment and Discrimination, and employee relations issues.

Paula has over 35 years’ experience in operational Human Resources Management, Dispute Resolution, Staff Development and Training within the private and public, non-governmental, not-for-profit, and intellectual disability sectors in Ireland, mostly unionised environments. Paula has also worked several years abroad supporting dispute resolution and peacekeeping interventions.

Grainne has over 25 years’ experience working in Diversity Management, Conflict Resolution, Lead Auditing, Workplace Investigators and Mediating in an organisational setting.
As a Senior Associate, Gráinne has successfully conducted investigations of allegations under Dignity at Work Policies, Trust in Care, Protected Disclosures and disciplinary matters for our clients.

As a Senior Associate Investigator and Mediator, Roger provides investigations and mediations to a range of clients in the civil service, local authority sector, health services, and private sector.
With over 20 years' experience in senior IR and HR roles, as a practicing Mediator, Investigator and External Adjudicator with the Workplace Relations Commission, Roger brings a wealth of knowledge, and a practical solutions based approach to his work.

Frances Nangle

Frances joined the Acrux Investigation Team in 2016 where she leads investigations relating to Dignity at Work, Trust in Care, and Safeguarding issues.
Frances has extensive experience as a senior manager and in healthcare management. With over 30 years’ experience in healthcare management she has worked as Director of Nursing for the Irish Prison Service, charged with setting up a professional nursing service in prisons nationally.

With a Human Resources career spanning over 30 years, Ray is a very experienced practitioner.
Having worked in industry at a senior level in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and Communications, he has spent the last nineteen years consulting across all sectors of business and organisational life in Ireland.
Ray is a qualified Mediator and is a practitioner member of the Mediators Institute of Ireland.

Declan is an experienced trainer and HR Consultant specialising in the areas of dignity at work, equality and diversity management, performance management, and conflict resolution.
He has designed and delivered training programmes in a number of diverse areas including: Strategic Human Resources Development, Interviewing Techniques, Grievance and Disciplinary, People Leadership, Report Writing and Equality and Diversity Management.

Grace is a member of the Administration Team involved in the preparation of meeting transcripts, reviewing documents and attending at meetings with consultants as Notary as required.
Grace's background is in the Legal Sector and has been working as a Legal Secretary/PA for 15 years dealing in Litigation/Conveyance and Medical Negligence.

Jenny is a member of the Administration Team involved in the preparation of meeting transcripts and reviewing documents and proof reading.
Jenny’s background is in legal secretary and General Administration in the Legal Sector.She has been working as in this field for a total of 14 years.
