Gerry Rooney

Gerry has 21 years in the public sector and 15 years private sector experience. Gerry investigates allegations of abuse in care, bullying and harassment, sexual harassment, disciplinary, and whistle blowing/protective disclosure.  He mediates in workplace and business/commercial disputes.  Gerry sits as an Equality Officer with the Equality Tribunal, and is an Adjudication Officer (Designate) under the Workplace Relations Act. Gerry is a Practitioner Member of the MII.

Ray Flaherty

Ray has conducted over 200 workplace investigations and over 100 mediations across a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Ray sits as an Equality Officer with the Equality Tribunal, and is an Adjudication Officer (Designate) under the Workplace Relations Act. Ray is Managing Director of Concordia Consulting. Ray is a Practitioner Member of the MII.

Grainne O'Boyle

Grainne specialises in sexual harassment and bullying and harassment investigations, and mediates a range of workplace disputes. Grainne is also Director of the Positive 2 Work Skillnet, and a member of Board of ESCCU Credit Union.

Treasa Kenny

With public and private experience, and HR experienced in the education sector Treasa is widely respected as a competent investigator and Mediator.  Treasa is a Partner at BurtenshawKenny and Associates since 1998. Treasa is a Practitioner Member of the MII.

Declan Naughton

Declan has gained an excellent reputation for conducting investigations into allegations of bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment.  Declan also conducts investigations of general disciplinary issues, and review of equality matters.  Declan is founder of Declan Naughton Organisation Solutions since 2005.

Michelle works with small, medium and large organisations and has considerable experience of industrial relations.  She has gained a reputation for conducting investigations in health care settings across the range of allegations.  Michelle is also founder of HR Focus. Michelle is an MII Certified Mediator.
