About Acrux Consulting

Acrux Consulting Ltd is a Human Resources, Dispute Resolution, Learning and Development, and Organisational Development consulting business. We focus on the delivery of workplace investigations, adjudications, and mediation services, including Certified Mediator Training.

Formed in 2014, Acrux Consulting is led by Managing Director Gerry Rooney who is supported by a team of experienced investigators, adjudicators, and mediators for workplace and commercial dispute resolution; training facilitators; and OD/Change management Process Improvement experts.

Our mission is to Deliver Effective HR and ADR Services for Business and the reputation of our team in completing over 600 workplace investigations and hundreds of mediations over the past 15 years is a testimony to the quality of service we provide.

Our Technical and Professional Resources

Each member of our team has worked in senior management positions in a range of either public or private sector organisations in Ireland and overseas.  Our team’s experience includes a focus on HR, IR, equality/diversity management, and change/transition roles.  For our ADR and Mediation services we provide a team of Mediators certified by the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland.

Our investigation services are recognised as adhering to best practice, and the investigation services of our team members are recommended by leading law firms, senior counsel, HR practitioners, the LRC, and trade union bodies.  We have been placed on the Public Sector framework for Workplace Investigations.
